Terms & Conditions
By placing an order with Lunchboxland (NZ) Limited, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Pricing
All prices quoted by Lunchboxland (NZ) Limited (in any form of media) are inclusive of GST.  Lunchboxland (NZ) Limited shall be entitled to amend its prices from time to time to account for changes in product cost and supply factors. Prices quoted do not include cost of freight, which will be charged to the customer.

Products
Due to technical issues, colour variations may occur between items displayed on this website and in the brochure and actual colour of goods.  Lunchboxland will endeavour to represent its products accurately, but will not be responsible for any colour variations that may occur.  All products (products, and colour choices) are supplied subject to availability. 

Payment
Unless an account has been previously authorised by Lunchboxland (NZ) Limited, goods will not be shipped until payment has been received in full.  The purchase price payable by account holders shall be paid to Lunchboxland (NZ) Limited no later than the 20th of the month following invoice.  Payment will not be accepted by any means other than cash, cheque, direct credit or credit card.   Interest will be charged on overdue accounts at a rate of 2% per month.  Any expenses or costs incurred by Lunchboxland (NZ) Limited in recovering any outstanding amounts, including collection agency fees, shall be paid by the customer.

Delivery
We will deliver goods to the address stated on the order form.  We will not be responsible for any part or non delivery, or delay in the delivery of the goods that occurs beyond our control. We shall not be in any way responsible for any consequences (direct or indirect) arising from such delay or non-delivery.

Privacy Act
In accordance with the Privacy Act the customer authorises Lunchboxland (NZ) Limited to collect, retain and use personal information about the customer for the following purposes only
a) where necessary, to assess creditworthiness
b) where necessary, disclosure to a third party for the purpose of recovering amounts payable by the customer to Lunchboxland (NZ) Limited
c) marketing of goods and services provided by Lunchboxland (NZ) Limited to the customer
If the customer is an individual, the customer has a right of access to information about the customer held by Lunchboxland (NZ) Limited. The customer may request correction of any information held, and may require that the request be held with the information. The customer may request in writing to Lunchboxland (NZ) Limited to be removed from any direct mailing lists held by Lunchboxland (NZ) Limited.

We respect your privacy and therefore under no circumstances will Lunchboxland (NZ) Limited release any information held about any of its customers (whether individuals or not) for the purposes of supplying such information to other organisations for the purpose of marketing goods and services from other organisations.

Terms & Conditions
Lunchboxland (NZ) Limited may from time to time and in its sole discretion amend, add to or delete any of the terms of these terms and conditions.  In making any alteration to these terms and conditions, Lunchboxland (NZ) Limited will advise in writing any alteration to its customers who hold a trading account with Lunchboxland (NZ) Limited.  The terms and conditions posted on our website will be deemed to be the prevailing terms and conditions at all times.
